in - depth knowledge of the business and our flexibility in
tailoring the coverage to contractor's specific needs, we can

We have three main Environmental Contractor
Programs available

1. Remediation Contractors
2. Asbestos and Lead Abatement Contractors Liability.
3. Monoline Contractors Pollution Liability

We also have three Supplemental Programs

1. Contractor Bonds
2. Supplemental Auto Liability
3. Contractor Equipment Liability

During this Pre-qualification/Quotation phase,and/or in the
latter submission phase, we need you to very carefully
complete one of two applications, plus the appropriate
supplements and the simple Contractors Resume.

The main application we call the Remediation Action
Application (RAC for short), and it has 14 supplements.
This RAC application is required for all coverage's,
except Lead and Asbestos Abatement contractors.

The RAC supplements are submitted in accordance with
your projected figures (i.e. payroll, receipts and sub -
contractor cost) for the next year,as specified in the
answers to Question 25 of the RAC application. Its very
important that you review Question 25 and know before
you start to print which supplements you will need to
print out.

The second application is strictly for Lead
and Asbestos Contractors.

Limits Available

Base Limits of $1,000,000. Excess Limits are available on
a project basis. Tell us what you need and we will work it out.

Minimum Premium

Usually start at $5,000 for Asbestos and go up to $10,000
for others.
