COVERAGE HIGHLIGHTS

The ECI program is flexible to respond to a wide variety of REMEDIATION projects. It can be tailored to the specific requirements of the contractor and project owner:

• The policy can be issued with either the project owner or the contractor as the Named Insured.
• Phases of a large project, a complete project or multiple projects can be insured under one policy.
• Indemnification is provided for cleanup costs exceeding the contracted amount up to twice the project "contract sum". Increased limits are available for specific cases
• The policy period is for twice the estimated project duration or five years, whichever comes first.
• The contractor's unit cost rate schedule that will apply is negotiated prior to the start of the project
• The "REMEDIATION contract" is endorsed and made a part of the policy. Specimen wording is available.
